Thank you for your posting. I gather that this shcedule is the current framework, before the rumored new salary framework revision. Been waiting for the announcement, how "soon" is the "will be announced soon"?
The wait is killing me. Even up 5% also OK; better than don't have. Reliable source? My last bit of news is the revision already sent to
PSC for approval but no final resolution ...
