MOH adjustment of 4% each, and 4 mth total bonus (including AWS).
$3,800 x 1.035^10 x 1.06^2 x 1.04^2 x 16 = $104,228 annual
Yes, you can hit $100K annual after 10 years based on conservative estimates. In reality should be more.
