What is there to share. Increment every year sucks. The adjustment is up to 7%, meaning most people prob get a 5% in total including your increment. Btw last adjustment, the cluster I’m in presents it as 1 amount with yearly increment to make it seem bigger. Monthly pay is sucky as HR tends to lowball newcomers. Transferring between cluster - same pay. Promotion between JG - maybe u get a $300 increase in salary but there comes a point where the minimal increase in pay does not justify the huge increase in responsibility and workload.
