Hierarchy is not a big concern for me. Just wondering what the highest possible starting salary for a mid-career switcher is and whether they still try to align the salary to catch up (by the 4th year as a trained teacher) with that of one having the same performance and whose first job is teaching.
And also wondering for a teacher whose first jog is teaching and performance grade is C, and who has taught for 20 years, what would be the GEO grade and salary?
If anyone has any information, would appreciate your kind sharing.
