I did not include this job in my resume as it was only 1 month, when asked during interview about employment from graduation till now, I've said no. But now they've asked to see my cpf contribution for the past few years.

How should I explain if they were to ask about why there is a 1month CPF contribution recently?
Not sure why are you worried about this?

First of all,

CPF contribution history is only up to 15 months. You could get CPF contribution for anything, contractor, freelance, etc, it's all entirely up to the employer to give you CPF or not.

The only CPF contribution you have is this 1 month stint you did which can be easily explained as

"Oh it was a contract freelance role, the company told me that it was not an actual 'employment' hence why I did not disclose it during the interview, I apologize if there was any misunderstanding here".

As simple as that. Everyone knows Singapore English is dogshit, this foreign MNC won't hold it against you.
