New joiners remember this - u won’t be fired just because u don’t OT; and the promotion is 50% effort + 50% your par /SM like u or not

No point overachieve for them if u can tell they alrdy pick their favourite. Cos that’s probably who gets the high points in year end review. The rest, OT2 hour or 20 hours, get the same pay and bonus
