It’s totally compatible. Earlier post took view “
MAS is full of such hypocritical people”. I personally am not sure if it’s to such an extent. My own experience is most people seem ok. If it appears that people say one thing and do another, it could be they’re going along with what boss wants and are afraid to say what they really think. This is different level from the toxic and insecure kind. This type, I have met a couple of very bad examples. Some teams may have more, or some teams may have mostly nice people, so the experience depends on who you work with.
