I agree that local uni grads should be hired at a higher level at the start. Just look at technical expertise. Some seniors work for so many years alr still cannot grasp the concept behind doing conso but local uni fresh grad alr understand since our uni days.

You can blame big 4 to have lousy training on this but understanding conso is really a differentiating factor between a good and a lousy senior.
