Never stay on a project if you feel you’re not learning or your goals aren’t met. The reality is no one is invested in you, only you know what you want and deserve. Don’t ever feel guilty about changing projects if there’s a better opportunity. From project perspective it’s always easier for them to retain the current team so they don’t need to retrain new joiners and wait for them to adapt and build all those relationships. Once you’re no longer needed or useful for the project see how fast they roll you out.
