Agree, they should actually reopen the case to see based on what criteria she got promoted and see if it's justified for the manager to fight for her. All her experience in healthcare project as A & SA then jumped to
UOB account and got promoted to CL9 within 5months then zhao lol. Probably she can't handle the CL9 workload since she got 0 experience in her new pillar and client lol
