When will PB be paid out? I got a B this year and if it follows 2023 quantum, it shld be 3.45 months.

2021 - B [and promoted in Jun 2021]
2022 - C+ (supposed to be default C due to promotion but my boss managed to fight for a C+)
2023 - B
2024 - B

Dont know if I will be up for promotion this year though.
