If the Senior doesn’t intend to stay long, they probably won’t see the benefit of training the next batch.
Sorry, most people are just selfish and look after own interest.
Genuine mentors who care about your well being are few and far between.
They DO exist, and I had the privilege of having one, but who you meet and who you work up is your own luck.
