My aim on reaching clinic is to leave as early as possible without being affected by stupid patient as much as possible.

If I'm out before 445 and no patient piss me off for the day, I consider that a very very good day
But if you do that for 5.5 days a week 48 weeks/year (assuming 4 weeks AL), and 30 years, assuming you are 30 and planning to retire in 60s, don't you lose meaning in life?

Sometimes I also wonder if one should take a leap of faith and try something new (can be GP land, open clinic or a different industry) - i.e pivoting your career (something very common outside of medicine but hardly seen within healthcare in general)
