Those that have been in
LTA knows that the scholars will have higher CEP and around $500 more than other FCH people.
So it builds up like this:
3rd Class honours
2nd Class lower honours = 3rd Class + $200
2nd Class upper = 2nd Class lower + $200
1st Class = 2nd class upper + $200
Scholar = 1st class + $500
Add $200 if you did

Pay is $5k now for this year's fresh grads. The pay of fresh grads will always be matched to market rate. Those that graduate in poor times like Covid drawing $3.8 to low $4k is just bad luck.
