I think this is the reason many get stuck.
No one really wants to pay 5 to 7k for someone who needs further training without commercial experience. Cannot even use
SAP.
So far among those I know:
1) found someone who gave chance to train them. Eventually left with audit + commercial experience and did well but if you count the years, not really worthwhile.
2) stayed until SM, no life for 10 years, but went out into FC role where you don’t need to have
SAP experience anymore
