im ex big 4 and i work to 2-4am on a regular basis, and that is me just trying to keep my job. I do my job as expected of me, no higher, no wayang. those quiet quitting people confirm all associates or non-big 4. my gen z associates have been giving me 25% output. from the delusional way they talk and promote tiktok "workplace" influencer like the lou lou also you can know already.
working 2-4am is regular performer for senior, working until 12am is low performer. please just resign so that we can actually hire people who are willing to work so we don't have to do your sections too during peak
