Hi. Was in a stat board. My contract ends on 2 oct 23. But with massive amount of leaves to clear I did not do my appraisal this year, last day of work aug 28. However with me completed my contract I am eligible for prorated performance bonus in April 2024 next year. But with no appraisal done, what will my performance bonus be based on in terms of grading?

Any one knows?
