There is no exam out there in the world that is "too difficult". There is only candidates who are not well prepared or properly equipped. That is on how much effort they put into their studies.

I sat the Part A exam in October recently as a new taker.
About 2/3 of the candidates were re-takers who failed one or more modules in the earlier April exams.
