Generally the 4k range is for corporate role.
5k and above will then be for technical roles.
Since he mentioned 4.3k I would relate to corporate role instead.
To op, don't bother about the mvc and so on, u will just take home 80% of the gross 4.3k (
cpf contri 20%). Unless there's additional allowance (taxable too) then just add accordingly
