In the last fireside chat, they didn't show the 1+2 promo chart anymore, I guess they no longer want to give specific timelines, and now just promote if you are "ready"

Yes this is the hard truth.
I was promoted in June 2022 to SA. Pay bumped from 4.9 to 5.4. But then no base pay increase since then.
This coming Dec I will be in this firm for 2 years + but < 3 yeara, I technically I didn’t satisfy the 1+2 years time for L9.But due to no base pay increase,I am still drawing fresh graduate pay of 5.4k. I have made up my mind already, if I didn’t get the promotion next June I am just going to man mode / be on bench until they fire me or I find a new job. Is time to move on by then
