Management consulting analyst are analyst under tap that are aligned to S&C - consulting. This is a standard acn job title you hold. While change management analyst is not an official acn job title, it’s more of a project role title you hold in your particular project. I’m short, if you join acn tap aligned to S&C consulting (meaning after you graduate from tap, consultant you return to your dte in this case S&C consulting), each project you go to entails different roles you hold (can be change management analyst, business analyst, developer, strategy analyst, etc).

Honestly title is one thing, to get interesting roles or projects, you still need to have strong network or connections and people being willing to let you try out.
