I just finished a finance degree from Murdoch , thinking if I should with to other MX roles within civil service. wonder if any chance I will be offer MX12 instead of Mx 13

I am in similar boat, from
SAF diploma, was there for 6.5 years. Took my degree and went to
MOH, 2.5 years in
MOH already, got offered MX12 on signing. 5.5k base pay now excluding bonuses. Reaching the ceiling of 6.2k next year.
