FVP is a senior position. In my department, FVP can be mid 40s. Usually there are very senior but they dun lead as SVP is leading. So rank wise still FVP. A lot of ppl looked down on
UOB. As a VP1, I have peers in the industry asking me did I cross 5 digit for my base pay. This is extremely ill-informed.
