I think 8k is pretty good. Hopefully they will move (to balance out opp cost for longer TC) and force the rest of the B4 / big firm pay benchmarks to move upwards.
Even if 8k for NQ is unrealistic, I think its pretty reasonable ask for 1PQE (i.e. 4 months after post-mass call NQ).
Doesn't benefit me, but always happy to see juniors getting better pay / better conditions. Just because we suffered doesn't mean they should.
