CPF contribution. Bonus are a component of wages. Anyone with even a rudimentary understanding of the
CPF Act knows this.
This is what happens when recruiters start writing rubbish without actually fact checking basic things in their articles. You don't even need to be a lawyer - HR people ought to know this.
