Oh, so an Assistant Manager in
NUH is JG12? That would explain why the pay I was offered falls short of the JG14 grade. I still don't know the salary range or other details yet as I am still awaiting the recruiter to send me the offer letter. I only know of the basic pay based on what the recruiter verbally told via phone. She also mentioned that the HR said this is the max and there's no room for negotiation
