I joined in 2015 too, AHP here. Pay increment til date is only $1.5K. Over the years, went through 2 rounds of salary revision, gotten 2 times A grade, but zero promotion.
In PHI, the hierarchy is as follows:
Medical/Dental
Nurses
AHP
Admin/Research
Medical and Dental staff salaries are are much much higher.
Nurses get retention bonus, AHP doesn't.
Why I say Admin/Research lowest in the rank as I don't think they get the every 5 year salary revision, even if they do, it's usually on the lower %.

ironically with the hiearchy, administrators actually earn more and progress faster than AHP. cause the hiearchy is not so rigid.

May I know if the above is applicable to NUH? I just got an offer for an Assistant Manager role at NUH. The offer is verbally through a recruiter so I don't know what my JG is yet. However, the pay they offered doesn't seem to be within the JG14 Assistant Manager pay range. Anyone here can shed some light on what Assistant Managers at NUH typically earn?

The ranges u quoted matches singhealth AHP salary range. If I'm not mistaken, in singhealth, JG14 is asst manager. Perhaps NUHS has a different salary range for administrators.

Oh, so an Assistant Manager in NUH is JG12? That would explain why the pay I was offered falls short of the JG14 grade. I still don't know the salary range or other details yet as I am still awaiting the recruiter to send me the offer letter. I only know of the basic pay based on what the recruiter verbally told via phone. She also mentioned that the HR said this is the max and there's no room for negotiation

I'm guessing the monthly base offered is around 3.5 - 3.8k?

It is around 5k. Still within the JG12 range I guess, but it's less than a 8% pay bump from my current monthly basic so I'm wondering if it's worth it to make the change.

Need to take into account your current bonus and increment.
FYI healthcare only 2.5 months PB for B graders. Yearly increment only $100 plus.
