im in tech and already went from 4.5k to 5.5k after 6 months, 5.5k to 6.5k after 1 year and will hit 8k sometime next year. theres people earning 2x more than i do who are better, i'm fairly average, a typical CS grad and i can hit 10k within 10 years.

As I have mentioned in my post that more than 90% of the people who do not earn 160k per annum after 10 years experience as published by the
MOM statistics.
Be humble with what you have achieved and not be snobbish just that you have higher income and going around calling others thrash. Do note that there is no evergreen industry.
