Everyone can give feedbacks. Whether the relevant stakeholders take action to address such feedback or not is entire different thing. The stakeholders are the people who has to power to make informed decision. Other employees can only follow. Of course there are methods that may help to improve the situation such as follows

Report to MOM
Suck up to the higher up
Endure it for the sake of your source of motivation or commitments
Etc

If the current workforce affect you physically and mentally, it is better to leave and find a an alternative solution rather than stuck in a screw up work environment.

It has been over the news that people commit suicide due to overwork (Extreme harsh environment) for the past decade.

Only your ownself can help yourself as much as possible. This is your own life.
this can be both right and wrong la.

most teachers, especially the younger ones, come in with a heart to want to help students, but not at the expense of their own health and life...a lot will not be able to just leave the kids, especially the needy ones whom they've been teaching halfway. its actually quite disruptive to the students if their teachers change halfway.

the teaching industry is not as straightforward as your other usual cold and heartless industries lor.

teaching itself is already a rather selfless job, its just that the system isnt really working out in a friendly way, thats why if u calculate a teacher's pay per hour (a more accurate indication), its not as worth it considering the amount they have to shoulder. yet the suggestion cannot be just to abandon everything and disappear because that can be detrimental to other colleagues and stakeholders
