Bo bian.. hr insisted want current manager comments for character referee (performance & salary info too). Already thick skin to ask manager for help, I can’t stop the manager’s mouth from telling the team too.. anyone would have assumed it’s a almost-secured offer and I’m just waiting for time before the resignation.

Any help / advice on this please? Can I write in to the particular ministry minister or hr head?
Also, do you think this is purely a decision from the hr (hiring manager not aware) or?
