One of the 42% who failed. Will probably speak to my ops head in the coming week to discuss my situation. Would like some advice, would it be better to
A) stay in ops for another year and try to take mmed next year? (Not sure if I can continue mopex, which is what I am now after completing 3 years of residency). I am also not sure if my ops will offer me RP without any post grad qualifications at present. (Will prob discuss with my ops boss)

B) just leave for private, and take mmed next year as a private candidate. The thinking is that if I can't pass mmed, really no point staying in ops with just mbbs. If I manage to pass mmed subsequently, can always return later as a FP
