Could you elaborate more, Sensei? I understand how some MX12 can be paid more than MX11 but those at MX12 are likely to have a lower CEP hence they are retained within MX12 grade for longer time. Comparing those on the same grade e.g. MX11, just want to know B = X% MI and C =X% MI?
Lastly, I took ~3 years for every 1k jump. Now earning 5.7k for less than 5 years experience. 2nd upper male with
ns. not a scholar. in a ministry MX scheme. first job since graduation.
