Those without degrees, with only diploma in education (mostly in primary school), are paid based on their A levels or Diploma. A level-holders start from around $1.6k. After completing diploma in education, around $1.8k.

MOE teachers could be earning < 3k if they are non-honours or diploma grad?! Dun they deserve a respectable salary given they are in teaching? That being said, these teachers should be few and far between I believe? Most would at least have a degree drawing 3.8-4k fresh out of
