There are no real headhunters for architects in Singapore. This profession is not sufficiently well-paying to warrant headhunters' effort. Unless you're in the $250k p.a. bracket (minimum).

Any so-called headhunter is just an employment agent in disguise. Claim to be headhunter, so that the candidate feels good about himself/herself.
