No explanation why ah but i have already heard of many such cases. Aiyo no no hahah but good for the info mate. But got a bit of wrong info there hoh. You see a number of consulting development analyst under BA pod but the majority is business and integration analyst which are from the tech dte/function. BA pod isn’t really a consulting pod, Accenture is not renaming business and integration analyst to consulting development analyst this is incorrect. Those few cases you see are those tech analyst who may have connections or managed to successfully switch from tech to consulting dte and hence their role name is consulting development analyst with this switch in Dre. But that’s not because Accenture is changing the names of business and integration analyst to consulting development analyst.

We have so many people applying and wanting to get the consulting analyst roles but it’s competitive so only a handful are being offered that. That’s why some try their luck and rely on the connections or network successfully to be able to switch their function/dte from tech yo consulting and hence with the change in role title, since now they manage to join the consulting function. But no such thing as changing from business and integration to consulting development analyst if your talent segment and job family on workday is not consulting. Consulting job titles are only for people in the consulting function in S&C. Tech dte are all called business and integration arch analyst or business and integration delivery analyst. But at the end of the day, do whatever interest you lah cos you really trying luck to accept tech analyst position with hopes to switch to consulting, not everyone managed to switch.
