Current a mmed FP, thinking of changing cluster as I am moving house to the east (currently living in west) in a few months (after marriage). I am actually quite comfortable with my current ops and bosses (worked there for 3+ years, through the COVID pandemic), just that location will be really far (slightly more than 1hr by public transport) after I move house. (And if I do move to shp, it will be a completely different IT system)

Not sure if it is worth it to move, and if other clusters will accept FP who are not trained in their clusters..
definitely can join. but each ops is different.
How is workload at nup? single/shared q? numbers a day?
remember shp is single queue and allow walk in, numbers prob a lot higher than your side.
but if u can clear fast fast 5 mins can go home 430.
oh ya bonus different also, not sure if nup pays more than here.
