If I'm not wrong the new scheme that AOs are under are 1x ECONOMY class ticket every year only... and that being a subload ticket.

The benefits are income taxable so if u fly your whole family of 5 on First Class to LA for example then eg $20k x 5 pax gets imputed into your income for income tax purposes.
