Why ST pay grade so stupid one? HR like no use.
Have a recent fresh grad who joined E5 at 4.8k. He accidentally revealed his pay claiming that his friend in govtech earning 5k++.

Little did he know that a E6 overheard this and was unhappy cause his pay was only 4.5k.
He ask the boss why fresh grad is paid more than him. Boss couldn't answer. Say its controlled by HR.

Something along the line that HR set the starting pay based on industry. Boss promised will give the E6 a better performance this year. But guess what the boss was promoted to be division manager.

So the E6 quit claiming he got a higher paid offer outside.
And guess what the E5 took over and still can't do the job.

Now he like clueless how. Nobody wants to help the E5. All just mind own business. Why?
Cause E5 2 years back he still 3.6k suddenly this year its 4.5k+++.

So unfair. So yep.
This company have no fair pay compensation.
So people end up just taichi work. Everyday see people come late, go long lunch, disappeared from work I very often.

Toilet. **** la. Hide in meeting room. Book internally then just casual chit chat....

Alot of pattern. Work so hard for that.
Promotion is rserveed for boss pet.
So don't work so hard here.

All your boss are the C average student. Not the A grade student. So they also promote just their own C kind that just know how to rub each other shoulder.

The bro culture in this company is ridiculous
