just do the job, whatever it is, get promoted in 1 year. you dont need a responsive CC to get promoted anyway, not sure where did that even come from. most CCs will msg u nearing the end and ask u for a quick summary so that they can BS it.

Hi thanks for this. I guess as new joiners we were worried as a couple pages back many employees have stated if your people lead is bad you can’t be promoted.
