On top of the base salary provided and annual bonus ~4 to 5mths (including AWS).
There are also flexi- benefits of 750 -1.25K yearly and excellent medical benefits in the event you are sick (touchwood). The work life balance for admin staff is great (most ppl usually knock off on time at 6pm)
Thus, it is not too shabby to join healthcare as admin if you want to devote your time to family.
