This is roughly the official salary range for FY22.
You may refer to page 49 of 50 of NHG's collective agreement with HSEU that has been in place since 1 Feb 2021, available on HSEU's website https://www.hseu.org.sg/wps/wcm/conn...df?MOD=AJPERES
You will see that the range for JG11 starts from $2550, though fresh grads would typically start off about in the middle of the range. But there are a range of factors that affect starting pay, e.g., which university, whether completed NS, whether got years of relevant experience, etc.
As many posters have alluded to above, healthcare pay is not great. It is made up through higher bonuses, close to 4 months if including AWS. So I would not be surprised if there are people who have started off closer to the bottom of the range.

Reposting my comment after editing for clarity:
The salary ranges I posted are roughly the official salary range for FY22.
You may refer to page 49 of 50 of NHG's collective agreement with HSEU that has been in place since 1 Feb 2021, available on HSEU's website https://www.hseu.org.sg/wps/wcm/conn...df?MOD=AJPERES
You will see that the range for JG11 starts from $2550. But this base has risen given the annual increment plus one-time salary adjustment for healthcare admin workers that took place in 2021, hence my starting of $2700, confirmed anecdotally by co-workers through their letters from HR. https://www.channelnewsasia.com/sing...percent-308366 Though most fresh grads would typically start off about in the middle of the range, there are a range of factors that affect starting pay, e.g., which university, whether completed NS, whether got years of relevant experience, etc.
As many posters have alluded to above, healthcare pay is not great. It is made up through higher bonuses, close to 4 months if including AWS. So I would not be surprised if there are people who have started off closer to the bottom of the range, especially if they are not local grads, or are diploma holders working towards a degree, etc.

Yep. Salary range =/= actual pay. Fresh grads would typically start at $3,200-$3,300 (current rate). More if you have completed full-time NS or have better class of Honours. The salary range is wider at entry level to accommodate non-grads who may be in non-degree entry career pathways that overlap with those of fresh grad entry pathways, and are promoted from JG10 into JG11.

correct to a large extent.
however without a degree, you will never be in jg11 and above range.

Wah current starting rate still $3300. I myself started off at $3300 back in 2017. Healthcare really pays you in passion/sense of noble profession/exposure sia
And yes, non-degree entry career pathway would mean that non-degree holders can indeed progress to JG11 and above. Folks that I've met on these pathways are typically older than you'd expect them to be since they would not have started off at JG11 straight out of university.

There are also flexi- benefits of 750 -1.25K yearly and excellent medical benefits in the event you are sick (touchwood). The work life balance for admin staff is great (most ppl usually knock off on time at 6pm)
Thus, it is not too shabby to join healthcare as admin if you want to devote your time to family.
