Wah current starting rate still $3300. I myself started off at $3300 back in 2017. Healthcare really pays you in passion/sense of noble profession/exposure

And yes, non-degree entry career pathway would mean that non-degree holders can indeed progress to JG11 and above. Folks that I've met on these pathways are typically older than you'd expect them to be since they would not have started off at JG11 straight out of university.
