Lvl 11-9 now still ok coz got TAP liao and HR pushing for the promotion.
But after lvl 9 to up to associate manager is another story. Got ppl in firm 5-6 yrs still stuck at lvl 9.
But as what zero zeh zeh mention, lvl 9 is a sweet spot to diao if u have not much career aspiration and just want to collect pay and do what u are told to. At lvl 9, u are essentially like a platoon sergeant in
NS. U take orders from on top and lead ur lvl 11 analyst to do the tasks. U have no much say in what to do. Most of the time decisions are alrdy made by clients/ ur bosses.
