Maybe you let the new Min know to inform you after the interview if they are going to do ref check? Since if they still want to do ref check after the interview, it probably means that you have a high chance of being hired by them.

So if they say they want to do ref check after all the interviews are completed, you can sound out your supervisor to give them a heads-up~
