I'm not sure but a quick search on Glassdoor and they have a lot of bad reviews, mostly ccoming from software engineers. I'm not sure where did you read they have good WLB?

- Management do not care about employees
- Thoughtless management that cares more about clients than their employees well-being
- Management preaches about work-life balance and your entitlements but when you fall sick and take mc, you get “marked” since they can’t officially point it out.
- “Unlimited annual leave” but 90% of the time disapprove your leave request.
