I'm not sure but a quick search on Glassdoor and they have a lot of bad reviews, mostly ccoming from software engineers. I'm not sure where did you read they have good WLB?
their rating is 3.5 on glassdoor, first 3 negative reviews from tech roles are

- Management can be quite disorganized with task allocation. High turnover rate might be the cause of it.
- Not very rewarding if you put in extra effort, hard to receive recognition.

- Management do not care about employees
- Thoughtless management that cares more about clients than their employees well-being
- Management preaches about work-life balance and your entitlements but when you fall sick and take mc, you get “marked” since they can’t officially point it out.
- “Unlimited annual leave” but 90% of the time disapprove your leave request.

I think your views might be quite negatively biased. The reviews that you mentioned also did include some positivity too, which you did not include. There are other positive reviews as well. Moreover, 3.5 rated is considered to be a decent rating?
3 positive reviews that i see from tech roles. All stating on good and flexible working environment
20 Apr 2022 - IT Support Officer
There are a lot of pros.
Managers are very helpful and understanding.
There is no presure from anyone.
There is a lot of support on job.
18 Apr 2022 - Systems Administrator
Life balance, good environment,wfh,flexible environment
16 Apr 2022 - DXC Technology in Cyberjaya
Remote, flexible and understanding teammates

Let's be real here, you don't know what you're talking about and you're obviously someone who either works at DXC or could only land an offer from DXC because you are subpar.
Don't come here talk cock. People ask about Software Developer, you quote "IT Support Officer" and "System Administrator" reviews for fk? You think IT = SDE?

If you're choosing btwn DXC/ACN/ NCS
I will recommend you to go either ACN or NCS, pick your poison. Heard NCS has better bonus but lower base than ACN. But ACN probably has better prospect anyway.
If we're talking about ST/DXC.
Go for DXC if you intend to leave in 2-3 yrs. ST if you prefer a slower pace of work and intend to stay for the longer term.
DXC's legacy system? Dude, you think ST is any better? HAHA.

NCS and ST engineering both have higher base pay and bonuses. Not sure what changed but so far,
DXC pay is 4.2k for juniors regardless of FCH or not
ST Engineering is 4.6 to 4.9k, 4.9k if you have better offers to nego with, otherwise 0 chance
NCS is 4.6 to 5.1k ( 5k+ if FCH )
Accenture is 4.5k + $300 allowance
ACN and DXC are both IT consulting companies... you will be outsourced to work on projects or get benched. if you join DXC's java dev role, you will work on Java SE 6. good luck with that.
personally i rather go Accenture than the other garbage companies.

As a SWE, you should going for one of the following companies:
1. HFTs
2. FAANG
3. Decent Tech Companies/Bulge Bracket IBs(TikTok, Shopee, Grab, Credit Suisse, JPM, etc etc)
4. The rest are irrelevant.
Please do not accept anything under 6k as a fresh grad SWE...

I haven't graduate, but already got an offer from FAANG. Yes, I'm retarded. If OP doesn't apply for these companies, how would they know they can't go FAANG and HFT? Also, there's other companies that ARE NOT FAANG/HFT as I have already mentioned. Bulge Bracket banks, and other smaller tech companies like those chinese tech companies are better than going into tech consulting.
