So how do they determine these kind of cases? Like performing badly to not able to promote and have to roll out? That sounds like only those who really don’t do work?? But I doubt they can even get an offer if that’s the case. Do they have a guideline as to what factors determine a person being rolled out? If not it’s not really far since this can be subjective right
