Another intern here who experienced the same thing too, but I interned last year and the
cpf was also in this year. I thought it was just me lol. Myself and a few actually got return offers but we rejected as the OT culture was really bad. I’ve seen the analysts in the team work their asses off till midnight everyday and majority only get promoted after 2 years. Maybe if you’re single you can tahan but if you’re in a r/s or have a fam, the work life balance is really something potential candidates should considered heavily.
