Well in general, Big 4 pays very poorly for the first 1-6 years of your career.
Either u leave early after a few years (2/3 years), can expect a good increase and wlb.

Or tahan like me and farm till senior mgr which is almost guaranteed if you stayed on unless u really CMI.
I suffered initially, but now able to have a good work balance working only 50 hrs/week while still making a modest sum.

There is still no lack of fresh grad who still want to join us and willing to slave for my team.

It is the rite of passage for Bug 4 auditors, all have to suffer first.

Of course, if you belong to elite. Dont bother join Big 4. This route is for the really medicore ppl to still have a career path to make expected 200K p.a at age of 40.
