In the event of 2nd class, I think a hard science or business related major is still needed. A 2nd class pyschology student has almost no hope in a real management program.

Dude, I guess u're still very young. What's your idea of a "real management program"? Do u know that
GIC scholars get to pick whatever major they wish to study in whichever university in the world? They then come back to manage our billions of national reserves. Big companies look for smart people with leadership potential regardless of their major. knowledge can be picked up, but IQ and EQ can't be taught. Ok maybe some companies would hv certain preferences, for eg. Engineering MNCs. But not all companies..
